Edward Russell B.A.(Hons.), B.Com.
A familiar face on both free-to-air and cable television, Edward is a full-time presenter on Fox Sports, one of Asia Pacific's largest TV networks, watched in more than 20 countries and 60 million households across the region. He also hosts a number of travel and lifestyle series broadcast all across Asia, as well as throughout Australasia.
His story begins, as it does for so many others, at the time of his birth. Born in London to a British father and a Singaporean mother, he remained as a happy little halfie in the UK until the age of about 12, at which point his parents made the rather common decision amongst the long suffering inhabitants of England's widespread greyness to move to Australia in order to reacquaint themselves with the sight of sunshine.
There he remained for the next decade or so, completing his schooling and then moving on to study at the University of Western Australia where he completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), before accepting the offer to undertake a Post Graduate Degree in English and European Cultural Studies, graduating with First Class Honours.
Having always been an avid traveller, Edward seized the opportunity to cast off the shackles of essays and theses and travel throughout Asia to undertake a number of modelling, hosting, and acting assignments. It was during this time that Edward fell back in love with a continent that had always been a second home to him, and consequently he made the decision to relocate to Singapore on a full time basis.
In addition to his current presenting roles, Edward is a widely sought after emcee, particularly for celebrity events and launches - Penfolds, Nespresso, Tatler, Land Rover Jaguar, Jack Wills, and Piaget, are just some of the brands he has worked with in this capacity.
As a digital influencer and media personality, Edward regularly undertakes collaborations and social media engagements with brands such as Chanel, Montblanc, TAG Heuer, Emporio Armani, Burberry, Estée Lauder, Lacoste, Ted Baker, Brooks Brothers, Suit Supply, and Uniqlo.
A familiar face at high profile events and parties, Edward was recently selected as one of Her World Magazine’s “20 Men of 2020”, Cleo Magazine’s "Most Eligible Bachelors", as well as one of Nuyou Magazine's "Men We Love". He has also been featured and interviewed in numerous publications, including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Esquire, Cosmopolitan, The Straits Times, 8 Days, The West Australian, Today, and Lifestyle Asia.
